The site is located on a peninsula in Hafencity, Hamburg, Germany. The main challenges are how to activate the site and communicate with the existing city. The Hotel and Apartment are the crucial structures with the Public bath in between. The structures have vertical and horizontal combinations allocated by connections, sunlight and occupied time. The floating bath allows great view that connects the strong characteristics with the ground area such as retails, restaurants and markets.
